V-Plow Cleaner is a belt cleaning device installed on the return side of the conveyor belt, just in front of the tail pulley. Its function is to remove carryback material that sticks to the underside of the belt, preventing damage to the tail pulley and reducing the risk of material buildup that can lead to belt misalignment or premature wear.
The cleaner is shaped like a “V”, directing material off to the sides of the belt and away from critical components. It is widely used in heavy-duty industries such as mining, cement plants, quarry operations, and bulk material handling.
