How to Use

1. Belt Preparation

   • Clean and dry the belt surface before starting.

   • Cut and prepare the belt ends according to standard splicing methods (step cut or bias cut).

2. Splicing Process (Hot Vulcanizing)

   • Apply rubber compound on the splice area.

   • Place the Cover Strip on top of the splice as a protective layer.

   • Ensure it is properly aligned and covers the splice evenly.

3. Heating Process

   • Use a vulcanizing press machine with the recommended temperature and pressure settings.

   • Allow the heat and pressure to bond the cover strip seamlessly with the belt.

4. Cooling & Finishing

   • Let the belt cool down naturally after vulcanization.

   • Trim any excess cover strip material if necessary.

   • The conveyor belt is now ready for operation with a strong, durable splice.
